Back home and it was a good afternoon for raking up Winter debris...leaves, weeds and slugs! All collected into 6 drugs and off to the tip...my recycling bin was filled two days after the last collection in November.
A couple more hours in the garden had me pruning Hydrangeas and cutting back the last few Hellebore leaves-allowing the flowers to do their stuff, unencumbered.
Talking of Hellebores...they are beginning to flower in spectacular fashion. How I love them. One of my favourite flowers. More of this later...plus a photo or two.
Garden Classes this month will look at the Galanthus (Snowdrop) and we'll be having a general catch up and finding out what projects we have for our gardens this coming year. We may even grow a few Chillies...if we can stand the heat!!
Come and join us.
